1. Appointments
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated, so that you may receive your full service and our other guests are not inconvenienced.
If you arrive late for an appointment, we will do our best to meet all of your service needs, however we may be required to shorten your services, so as to keep on schedule for our next guest.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled to another time to ensure that we can keep on schedule for our next guest.

2. Gratuity
Gratuities are not included in our prices for services. For your convenience, we accept gratuity payments in the form of cash, check, or credit/debit cards at the time of checkout.

3. Service guarantee
We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our services.

4. Gift cards
Gift cards can be purchased in any denomination. Please note gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash. They are redeemable for services and merchandise only.
