1. Appointments
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated, so that you may receive your full service and our other guests are not inconvenienced. We do understand that emergencies come up, but we do our best to be respectful of your time and hope that the sentiment is reciprocated. Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you need to make a scheduling adjustment, we request that you do so as soon as possible.
No Show
Appointments that are missed without a cancellation call or email. If you are a no show 2 times in a row, you will be required to put a credit card on file and will be charged a cancellation fee of $30. If you are a no show 3 times in a row, you will no longer be able to book appointments.
If you are a No Show on your first visit, you will be required to put a credit card on file to book future appointments. We also reserve the right to not book any future appointments.
Cancellations
Cancellations are appointments cancelled in 12 hours or less. Any cancellations made on the same day as your appointment can result in a cancellation fee equal to the price of the service you cancelled.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
Late
10 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late for an appointment, we will do our best to meet all of your service needs, however we may be required to shorten your services, so as to keep on schedule for our next guest. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will need to be rescheduled. In which case the appointment is considered a no show.
2. Gratuity
Gratuities are not included in our prices for services. For your convenience, we accept gratuity payments in the form of cash, check, or credit/debit cards at the time of checkout.
3. Service guarantee
We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our services.
4. Gift cards
Gift cards can be purchased in any denomination. Please note gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash. They are redeemable for services and merchandise only. Gift cards expire after one year from the date of purchase.
5. Security
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, front desk manager) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
